Adopt a Cat or Kitten

Steps for Cat/Kitten Adoption

  1. Check out the cats available for adoption.

  2. Come to an Adoption Fair on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Some cats live at the AARF house during the week. Email us to inquire about a particular cat.

  3. Submit an application.

  4. Once your application is approved, contact AARF to meet the cat that you are interested in adopting.

What a cAT/kITTEN adoption includes:

  • Spay/neuter

  • Rabies vaccine (3 months or older)

  • Rhinotracheitis/Calicivirus /Panleukopenia vaccines up until the time of adoption

  • Initial deworming and flea treatment

  • FeLV/FIV TEST

  • Microchip with 24Petwatch
